In 2005, she founded Bay & Brown, a design studio specialising in creating sophisticated prints for women's apparel, swimwear, children's clothing, and home collections. Under her leadership, Bay & Brown's designs have been featured in both high-end and high-street stores worldwide, and the studio offers bespoke services to smaller brands seeking collaborative guidance.
Tracey also co-founded The Pattern Cloud, a leading provider of websites and business systems tailored to the surface design industry.
